Cancellation Policy

*When you book your appointment you’re automatically agreeing to these policies* *You must give me a 48 hour notice if you have to cancel/reschedule your appointment. *If you do not give that notice I will charge you 50% of the appointment. *If you no call/no show you will be charged 85% of your appointment. *If you have previously no call/no showed you must pay a retainer for any future appointments. *If I try to charge your card and there are insufficient funds or you’ve put a block on the card you will have to pay the balance to book any future appointments *if you dispute any fees with your bank you will be banned from booking *I allow a 10 minute grace policy for being late. If you are past 10 minutes but before 15 mins I will either remove some services or we will have to reschedule. If you are anything past 15 mins you will be charged for 50% of the service and will need to reschedule. *I charge a retainer for all Calhoun clients as my time there is very limited. If you cancel & do not give 48 hours notice the retainer is forfeited and you will need to put down a new one for future appointments. *If you want to change services for your appointment they must be done before 48 hours before your appointment unless the service is of equal $/time.
